dirty room terrible finishing
the location was FANTASTIC. we walked to a friend's apartment for riverfire in only five minutes.
I had high hopes, seeing all the five-star reviews , but the room was surprisingly dirty. it felt tacky with terrible finishing. Some things were even falling apart. the mirror tv was more of a gimmick than practical. I could barely see the screen unless all the lights were off.

Really good Stay
excellent room wonderful river view accessible sauna free red ferry
The room size was excellent. The river views were wonderful. The staff members were helpful and friendly. The hotel location is within walking distance to the riverbank and multiple dining options. The hotel offers restaurant bar and cafe options. Steam and sauna areas are also accessible. The staff are consistently helpful. I found nice touches in the room like complimentary water. A turn-down service was also provided. The rooftop bar and pool are great. The location is ideal. It felt good to look across at the city instead of being in it. The free red ferry shuttles people up and down the river including the cbd and howard smith wharf as well as south bank.
The light from the fancy display panels for controlling everything lights up brightly at night. There are so many of them and all the walls are mirrors. I see each light twice.

The infinity pool is located on the 21st floor. It overlooks the downtown area. The open-air restaurant is also located on this level. Restaurants and shopping are accessible outside the hotel.

I found the concierge team helpful. They handled my bags efficiently. The reception staff was lovely and always ready to assist. The pool provides nice views. I appreciate the central location, near many restaurants.

The room had good design. The space felt expansive because of the mirror wall. The beds are comfy. Water pressure in the shower was great, and the spa bath provided relaxation after a long day.

The Terrace restaurant has meticulous presentation of food, especially at breakfast. I found the breakfast an art form. The variety of food met expectations. Every dish looked tasty and the service was quick.
