My stay at Emporium Hotel South Bank was a mix of highs and lows. The spacious River City King Suite provided stunning views and was equipped with a lovely bathroom featuring a spa tub. However, the service was inconsistent, with housekeeping often delayed, and dining didn't quite live up to luxury expectations. Overall, it was nice but not as splendid as I hoped.

The River City King Suite was spacious, clean, and provided an very nice view of Southbank. The bathroom, complete with a spa tub and separate rain shower, added a touch of luxury.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the inconsistencies in service, particularly with housekeeping, marred the experience a bit. I had to call for service on more than one occasion.

The infinity pool and sauna were amazing, and the lobby area was inviting, though some elements felt a bit tired. Overall, the facilities were good but could use a refresh.

My stay at Emporium Hotel South Bank was mostly good, marked by really good service and stunning views. The rooftop terrace bar and infinity pool were highlights for relaxation, although the room could have been better maintained. Overall, I was impressed with the amenities and location, making it a nice experience.

My room was beautifully decorated and spacious, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities like a 55-inch TV. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues that were disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast with its beautiful views. The food at the rooftop bar was tasty, though I wish I could have sampled more from the restaurants due to time constraints.

I had a wonderful stay at Emporium Hotel South Bank, with spacious rooms and great views, though there were a few areas needing improvement. The breakfast didn't quite meet my expectations, and the AC system seemed to struggle. However, the staff were really good and made my experience truly enjoyable.

While the Emporium Hotel South Bank has a stunning aesthetic and a prime location near all the attractions, my experience was overshadowed by service shortcomings. The staff lacked efficiency at the restaurant, and room service left much to be desired with incorrect and lukewarm orders. On top of that, housekeeping seemed to struggle with basic tasks. I appreciated the beautiful surroundings, but it was hard to enjoy them given the frustrating service issues I encountered.
Rooms

The room had a luxurious vibe, but it felt a bit tired and not to the standard expected for the price. The mirrors and electronic controls were disorienting and made it hard to navigate.

Though a few staff members shone, such as the friendly concierge, the overall service was inconsistent and disappointing, particularly in the restaurant and with room service.

Dining options fell short of expectations, with the quality of food not justifying the price at the restaurant. Room service was often incorrect, and breakfast service was alarmingly slow.

The hotel offers numerous facilities, but their effectiveness depended on the staff's attention to detail, which seemed lacking during my stay.
